6 months ago 0:55 A woman has gone on the record claiming she cheated on her former husband with a lover who filmed the incident and posted it on Instagram.
The unnamed woman, who is believed to be in her 40s, told the Daily Mail the affair began when she met the man, who has not been named, on Facebook.
She says the affair lasted a number of years and that he filmed the encounter in a bedroom while they were having sex.
The video was later shared on Instagram, where it has been viewed more than 9 million times.
The woman says she has been devastated and that her marriage has been damaged.
Her attorney, Michael Bickerton, says his client is not guilty and that the video is “a private and private matter”.
The woman, known only as ‘Jane Doe’ in the report, claims the incident took place at their home in North Carolina in 2017.
She claims that she was the one who told the man that she had cheated on him and that they would not be together for the rest of her life.
The man then allegedly told her that he was not happy about it and that she would have to pay for the damage to their marriage.
In a statement, the woman said: ‘I don’t believe it.
I am innocent.
I did nothing wrong.’
According to the Daily Mirror, the affair went public last month after a former partner of the alleged victim, who was in her 60s, made the revelation.
The Mirror also reported that she claimed to have been duped into giving the man her phone number in order to get back together with him.
In the DailyMail article, she claimed that she contacted the police and filed a police report, but that no charges were filed.
She is believed by some to be the first woman to publicly come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct.
In February, a former boyfriend of the woman revealed how she had been ‘banging’ him in his home and in a hotel room for years.
The newspaper reported that the man said that he did not think it was sexual assault, and that there was no indication that she cheated.
